Shipping & Delivery Policy

At A BETTER SHOWER, every detail matters—from the quality of your water to the way your order reaches you.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Times
We currently ship across Europe. Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days
- Germany & France: 2–4 business days
- Rest of EU: 3–7 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders above €50
- Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout for all other orders
You’ll always see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase—no hidden fees.

5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
6. Delivery Experience
While we aim for fast delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- High seasonal demand
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing (for certain EU regions)
If your order is significantly delayed, we’ll proactively keep you informed.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:
- Contact us at info@abettershower.com within 7 days
- Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue
We’ll resolve it quickly—whether that means a replacement or a full refund.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we may not be able to redirect it. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply.
8. Split Shipments
To minimise delivery times, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
